According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all the cities and places in Idaho, Boise City city had the highest voting-age population who identified their ethnicity as Hispanic - Black or African American Alone (111), followed by Mountain Home AFB CDP (51), and Caldwell city (40).
