According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, there were 179,283 people in Iowa who identified their race as Two Or More Races, which is 5.62% of the total population of Iowa. Polk County had the highest number of people who identify as Two Or More Races (36,689), followed by Linn County (13,737), and Scott County (12,912). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as Two Or More Races were: Adams County (107), Audubon County (147), and Ringgold County (155).

In terms of the percentage of each county's total population, Crawford County had the highest percentage, with 10.66% of its population identifying their race as Two Or More Races, followed by Buena Vista County (10.56%), and Marshall County (9.24%).
