According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, there were 436,726 people in Indiana who identified their race as Two Or More Races, which is 6.44% of the total population of Indiana. Marion County had the highest number of people who identify as Two Or More Races (74,260), followed by Lake County (50,157), and Allen County (27,213). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as Two Or More Races were: Union County (179), Ohio County (212), and Warren County (253).

In terms of the percentage of each county's total population, Lake County had the highest percentage, with 10.06% of its population identifying their race as Two Or More Races, followed by Elkhart County (8.91%), and Tippecanoe County (8.89%).
