According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, there were 513,140 people in Washington who identified their race as Some Other Race Alone, which is 6.66% of the total population of Washington. King County had the highest number of people who identify as Some Other Race Alone (117,830), followed by Yakima County (75,079), and Pierce County (48,471). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as Some Other Race Alone were: Garfield County (28), Wahkiakum County (53), and Ferry County (90).

In terms of the percentage of each county's total population, Adams County had the highest percentage, with 35.35% of its population identifying their race as Some Other Race Alone, followed by Franklin County (30.45%), and Yakima County (29.25%).
