According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, there were 224,344 people in Ohio who identified their race as Some Other Race Alone, which is 1.90% of the total population of Ohio. Franklin County had the highest number of people who identify as Some Other Race Alone (49,083), followed by Cuyahoga County (35,716), and Hamilton County (19,713). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as Some Other Race Alone were: Vinton County (19), Monroe County (30), and Harrison County (44).

In terms of the percentage of each county's total population, Franklin County had the highest percentage, with 3.71% of its population identifying their race as Some Other Race Alone, followed by Defiance County (3.55%), and Butler County (3.46%).
