According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population, of people (of all racial backgrounds) in Connecticut who identified as Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) was 2,438,532; and represented 84.99% of the total Connecticut voting-age population.

Fairfield County had the highest non-hispanic voting-age population (598.68K), followed by Hartford County (598.27K), and New Haven County (574.95K). On the other hand, the three counties with low non-hispanic voting-age popoulation were: Windham County (83.75K), Tolland County (116.76K), and Middlesex County (127.76K).
