According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among the 43.95K of the Putnam, WV Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) voting-age population, 94.62% of them (41.58K people) identified their race as White Alone, 2.91% of them (1.28K people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 1.05% of them (461 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone.
