According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among the 43.40K of the Washington, VA Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) voting-age population, 95.38% of them (41.39K people) identified their race as White Alone, 2.43% of them (1.06K people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 1.28% of them (554 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone.
