According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among the 2.11M of the Harris, TX Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) voting-age population, 50.88% of them (1.08M people) identified their race as White Alone, 31.13% of them (658.14K people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, and 13.11% of them (277.15K people) identified their race as Asian Alone.
