According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among the 45.72K of the Otter Tail, MN Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) voting-age population, 95.32% of them (43.58K people) identified their race as White Alone, 2.34% of them (1.07K people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 1.07% of them (487 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone.
