According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among the 198.54K of the Cabarrus, NC Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) population, 67.38% (133.78K) identified their race as White Alone, 21.00% (41.69K) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, and 6.01% (11.93K) identified their race as Asian Alone.
