According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - Black or African American Alone in Kentucky was 265,961; and represented 7.63% of the total Kentucky voting-age population.

Jefferson County had the highest number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - Black or African American Alone (121,561), followed by Fayette County (34,832), and Christian County (10,945). On the other hand, the three counties with low Non-Hispanic - Black or African American Alone voting-age population were: Robertson County (5), Owsley County (6), and Magoffin County (9).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's voting-age population that identified as Non-Hispanic - Black or African American Alone, Fulton County had the highest percentage (20.95%), followed by Christian County (20.39%), and Jefferson County (19.79%).
