According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - Black or African American Alone in Delaware was 161,576; and represented 20.62% of the total Delaware voting-age population.

New Castle County had the highest number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - Black or African American Alone (108,575), followed by Kent County (34,343), and Sussex County (18,658).
