According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - Asian Alone in Kentucky was 54,971; and represented 1.58% of the total Kentucky voting-age population.

Jefferson County had the highest number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - Asian Alone (20,040), followed by Fayette County (10,347), and Warren County (4,665). On the other hand, the three counties with low Non-Hispanic - Asian Alone voting-age population were: Lee County (0), Owsley County (1), and Crittenden County (1).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's voting-age population that identified as Non-Hispanic - Asian Alone, Warren County had the highest percentage (4.53%), followed by Fayette County (4.07%), and Jefferson County (3.26%).
