According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population of people who identified as Hispanic - Black or African American Alone in Massachusetts was 23,274; and represented 0.41% of the total Massachusetts voting-age population.

Suffolk County had the highest number of people who identified as Hispanic - Black or African American Alone (6,489), followed by Essex County (4,484), and Hampden County (3,116). On the other hand, the three counties with low Hispanic - Black or African American Alone voting-age population were: Dukes County (18), Nantucket County (21), and Franklin County (73).
