According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 622,018 people who identified as Non-Hispanic - Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander Alone in the United States, which was 0.19% of the total US population. This number is the population from the 50 states and the District of Columbia.

Hawaii had the highest number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander Alone (149,054), followed by California (138,167), and Washington (62,490). On the other hand, the three states with low number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander Alone were: Vermont (170), Delaware (304), and Rhode Island (320).
