According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 99,887 people who identified as Hispanic - White Alone in Kansas, which was 3.40% of the total Kansas population.

Sedgwick County had the highest number of people who identified as Hispanic - White Alone (21,486), followed by Johnson County (12,943), and Wyandotte County (10,642). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identified as Hispanic - White Alone were: Jewell County (14), Trego County (17), and Osborne County (19).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identify as Hispanic - White Alone, Seward County had the highest percentage (14.06%), followed by Finney County (13.77%), and Grant County (13.77%).
