According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 571,050 people who identified as Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone in North Carolina, which was 5.47% of the total North Carolina population.

Mecklenburg County had the highest number of people who identified as Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone (90,692), followed by Wake County (62,087), and Forsyth County (30,573). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identified as Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone were: Gates County (58), Camden County (69), and Graham County (93).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's population that identify as Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone, Duplin County had the highest percentage (14.55%), followed by Sampson County (14.13%), and Lee County (11.36%).
