Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2022, the Asian Alone population in New Jersey was 970,449 and represented 10.48% of the total New Jersey population (9,260,817).

Among New Jersey counties, Middlesex County had the highest number of people who identified as Asian Alone (222,721), followed by Bergen County (166,832), and Hudson County (121,548). Salem County had the lowest (719).
