Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, among the 1,296,437 Alabama Black Alone population, 89.02% of them had a health insurance coverage (i.e. 1,154,111 people), and 10.98% did not have a health insurance coverage (i.e. 142,326 people).
