Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the percentage of the population of New Mexico (aged 25 years and above) who had an educational attainment of Bachelors or Higher was 28.53%. Among all New Mexico counties, Los Alamos County had the highest percentage of its population (aged 25 years and above) with an educational attainment of Bachelors or Higher (68.52%), followed by Santa Fe County (41.13%), and Bernalillo County (36.35%).
