Among all South Dakota counties, Oglala Lakota County had the highest percentage of its Non-Hispanic White Alone population (aged 25 years and above) with an educational attainment of Bachelors or Higher (51.99%), followed by Clay County (44.80%), and Jones County (42.88%).
