Among all Pennsylvania counties, Juniata County had the highest percentage of its Non-Hispanic White Alone population (aged 25 years and above) with an educational attainment of Less than High School Diploma (16.42%), followed by Forest County (14.92%), and Mifflin County (14.63%).
