Among all Pennsylvania counties, Sullivan County had the highest percentage of its Hispanic or Latino of All Races population (aged 25 years and above) with an educational attainment of Less than High School Diploma (49.32%), followed by Greene County (39.85%), and Juniata County (37.00%).
