Among all Pennsylvania counties, Cameron County had the highest percentage of its Non-Hispanic White Alone population (aged 25 years and above) with an educational attainment of High School Graduate or Equivalent (53.89%), followed by Forest County (53.10%), and Jefferson County (51.46%).
