Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the percentage of the Pennsylvania Non-Hispanic White Alone population (aged 25 years and above) who had an educational attainment of Bachelors or Higher was 34.66%. Among all Pennsylvania counties, Chester County had the highest percentage of its Non-Hispanic White Alone population (aged 25 years and above) with an educational attainment of Bachelors or Higher (56.88%), followed by Montgomery County (52.14%), and Philadelphia County (48.66%).
