Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the percentage of the Oklahoma Black or African American Alone population (aged 25 years and above) who had an educational attainment of Bachelors or Higher was 21.56%. Among all Oklahoma counties, Coal County had the highest percentage of its Black or African American Alone population (aged 25 years and above) with an educational attainment of Bachelors or Higher (57.14%), followed by Texas County (52.06%), and Payne County (49.56%).
