Among all Ohio counties, Hocking County had the highest percentage of its Hispanic or Latino of All Races population (aged 25 years and above) with an educational attainment of High School Graduate or Equivalent (83.74%), followed by Muskingum County (80.90%), and Morgan County (79.59%).
