Among all Minnesota counties, Lake of the Woods County had the highest percentage of its Black or African American Alone population (aged 25 years and above) with an educational attainment of Less than High School Diploma (100.00%), followed by Yellow Medicine County (71.64%), and Mille Lacs County (61.82%).
