Among all Minnesota counties, Pine County had the highest percentage of its Non-Hispanic White Alone population (aged 25 years and above) with an educational attainment of High School Graduate or Equivalent (41.29%), followed by Todd County (39.80%), and Big Stone County (39.38%).
