Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the percentage of the Louisiana Black or African American Alone population (aged 25 years and above) who had an educational attainment of Less than High School Diploma was 18.38%. Among all Louisiana counties, East Carroll Parish had the highest percentage of its Black or African American Alone population (aged 25 years and above) with an educational attainment of Less than High School Diploma (41.66%), followed by Evangeline Parish (39.12%), and Franklin Parish (34.33%).
