Among all Alaska counties, Skagway Municipality had the highest percentage of its White Alone population (aged 25 years and above) with an educational attainment of Less than High School Diploma (12.01%), followed by Wrangell City and Borough (10.89%), and Prince of Wales-Hyder Census Area (6.73%).
