Based on the US Census ACS-5Yrs estimates, in 2021, the percentage of the population of Virginia (aged 25 years and above) who had an educational attainment of Bachelors or Higher was 40.33%. Among all Virginia congressional districts, VA CD 8 had the highest percentage of its population (aged 25 years and above) with an educational attainment of Bachelors or Higher (64.36%), followed by VA CD 11 (58.14%), and VA CD 10 (56.78%).
