Among all Tennessee cities and places with a population of 10K or higher, Sevierville city had the highest percentage of its Black or African American Alone population (aged 25 years and above) with an educational attainment of High School Graduate or Equivalent (62.02%), followed by Soddy-Daisy city (56.79%), and Springfield city (56.39%).
