Among all Pennsylvania cities and places with a population of 10K or higher, Waynesboro borough had the highest percentage of its Two Or More Races population (aged 25 years and above) with an educational attainment of Some College or Associates Degree (73.31%), followed by Weigelstown CDP (66.51%), and Willow Grove CDP (62.31%).
