Among all New Mexico cities and places with a population of 10K or higher, Lovington city had the highest percentage of its Hispanic or Latino of All Races population (aged 25 years and above) with an educational attainment of High School Graduate or Equivalent (41.64%), followed by Española city (40.96%), and South Valley CDP (38.47%).
