Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2019, the US Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population was 28,606,440 and represented 12.39% of the total US citizen voting-age population.

Among all US states and DC, California had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (7.59M), followed by Texas (5.43M), and Florida (2.98M).

In terms of percentages, New Mexico had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (42.68%), followed by Texas (29.86%), and California (29.78%).
