Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2017, the US Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population was 26,611,570 and represented 11.73% of the total US citizen voting-age population.

Among all US states and DC, California had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (7.16M), followed by Texas (5.04M), and Florida (2.73M).

In terms of percentages, New Mexico had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (41.48%), followed by Texas (28.78%), and California (28.67%).
