Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2016, the US Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population was 25,502,380 and represented 11.35% of the total US citizen voting-age population.

Among all US states and DC, California had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (6.89M), followed by Texas (4.85M), and Florida (2.58M).

In terms of percentages, New Mexico had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (40.94%), followed by Texas (28.26%), and California (28.03%).
