Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2015, the US Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population was 194,655,805 and represented 66.15% of the total US citizen population.

Among all US states and DC, California had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population (14.44M), followed by Texas (11.48M), and New York (10.86M).

In terms of percentages, Maine had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (94.69%), followed by Vermont (94.58%), and West Virginia (93.12%).
