Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2014, the US Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population was 23,617,320 and represented 10.73% of the total US citizen voting-age population.

Among all US states and DC, California had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (6.42M), followed by Texas (4.52M), and Florida (2.34M).

In terms of percentages, New Mexico had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (39.64%), followed by Texas (27.36%), and California (26.90%).
