Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2014, the US Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population was 194,540,775 and represented 66.66% of the total US citizen population.

Among all US states and DC, California had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population (14.47M), followed by Texas (11.41M), and New York (10.91M).

In terms of percentages, Maine had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (94.86%), followed by Vermont (94.80%), and New Hampshire (93.32%).
