Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the US Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population was 194,407,935 and represented 67.18% of the total US citizen population.

Among all US states and DC, California had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population (14.50M), followed by Texas (11.35M), and New York (10.95M).

In terms of percentages, Maine had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (95.00%), followed by Vermont (94.92%), and New Hampshire (93.55%).
