Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2011, the US Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population was 20,721,575 and represented 9.74% of the total US citizen voting-age population.

Among all US states and DC, California had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (5.66M), followed by Texas (4.05M), and Florida (2.00M).

In terms of percentages, New Mexico had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (38.24%), followed by Texas (25.98%), and California (24.94%).
