Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2010, the US Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population was 19,778,965 and represented 9.41% of the total US citizen voting-age population.

Among all US states and DC, California had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (5.40M), followed by Texas (3.89M), and Florida (1.91M).

In terms of percentages, New Mexico had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (37.85%), followed by Texas (25.46%), and California (24.20%).
