By Race: The highest number of those arrested were identified as White (302.74K), followed by Black or African American (141.47K), and American Indian or Alaska Native (8.68K).

By Ethnicity: Ethnicity information was reported for 389,177 (85%) of those arrested. Among those for whom ethnicity was reported, the highest number were identified as Not Hispanic or Latino (327.61K), followed by Hispanic or Latino (61.57K).
