US Unemployment Rate By State in July, 2020

According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of the US was 10.2% (sa) in July, 2020. Among all US states and DC, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates: Nevada (16.7%), Hawaii (15.6%), and New Jersey (14.4%).

On the hand, the following three states were among those with low unemployment rates: Nebraska (4.6%), South Dakota (4.7%), and Utah (5.7%).
