According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Oklahoma was 4.8% (sa) in August, 2016. Among all Oklahoma counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Stephens (10.7%), McIntosh (8.8%), and Beckham (8.6%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Cimarron (2.7%), Harmon (3%), and Texas (3.1%).
