According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Oklahoma was 4.4% (sa) in May, 2014. Among all Oklahoma counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): McIntosh (8.6%), Choctaw (7.8%), and Adair (7.7%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Alfalfa (2.4%), Major (2.5%), and Beaver (2.7%).
