According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Ohio was 7.2% (sa) in September, 2012. Among all Ohio counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Pike (11.8%), Adams (11.3%), and Jefferson (10.7%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Holmes (4.7%), Geauga (4.7%), and Mercer (4.8%).
